Troubleshooting Guide
In order to identify the faulty reason, you should make your system as simply as possible before you begin troubleshooting. Please leave the absolutely necessary device (such as VGA card) on the motherboard, and remove any other device on the system. Also, make sure you have disconnected the power cord from the computer's power supply. (Especially, if you are using ATX Power Supply).

If the result of your diagnostic is "call service", please have the following information ready before you contact for any technical support.
1.The CPU (Central Processing Unit) you are using along with its require setting.
2.BIOS version (The message on third line when you turn on your computer).
3.General information about the hardware configuration (e.g. Modem, Video card, or any other Add-on device's brand and their model number, and system RAM (memory) type along with its chip brand).
4.Complete description of the problem if possible (What actually happened to make you think the motherboard is malfunctioned, any received error messages, at which point of boot-up process, and any other information you think it might help with).

No Display Connect the power cord back to computer and turn its power back on. If power supply or CPU's fan is not running.

1.Shut down computer power.
2.Make sure you have properly connected all power cord. If you have an UPS, make sure it has been turn on.
3.Make sure motherboard's jumpers for the CPU's External Frequency, CPU's Frequency Ratio and CPU's Voltage (if applicable) are set correctly.

If monitor does not receive signal (The indicating light in front of monitor is amber, did not turn to green). 1.Shut down computer power.
2.Make sure you have properly connected VGA card's connector and its power cord.
3.Make sure your monitor switch is turn on, and its brightness & contrast are in correct position.
If power supply's fan is running, and monitor is set correctly. 1.Shut down computer power.
2.Make sure both FDD & HDD cables have installed in correct direction at both ends.
3.Make sure your MEMORY module has properly insert in memory slot(s).
4.Make sure motherboard's jumpers for the CPU's External Frequency, CPU's Frequency Ratio and CPU's Voltage (if applicable) are set correctly.
 

If your problem still exist after above diagnostic procedure, please have all the information ready and "call service".

Can not install correspond driver for relate device Make sure your device has properly inserted Check your device information under "Device Manager" from the icon of "System" at path of \START\SETTING\CONTROL 1.If your add-on device has PnP function, please make sure it has been correctly detected at system's post period.
2.Make sure there is nothing conflicts (using same IRQ�K).
3.Remove any unnecessary driver that has previously installed in "Device Manager" under your OS.
4.Re-install your device driver.
5.If your problem still exist after above diagnostic procedure, please have all the information ready and "call service".
The system hangs up when running the program or OS None< Mark sure there is no "!" mark under "OTHER DEVICE" or any extra device under "Device Manager" from the icon of "System" at path of \START\SETTING\CONTROL 1.If you just update the BIOS, please try clear the CMOS on the motherboard (Refer to CMOS RAM Clear section from the user manual).
2.Check your fan(s) system, and make sure all of them worked correctly (e.g. does not contain any noise�K).
3.If your problem still exist after above diagnostic procedure, please have all the information ready and "call service".
